This intensive warm-up increases your body temperature and gets you muscles ready for a cardio or high-intensity training! You'll start by activating your arms and legs and then really focus on warming up with an effective mix of side-to-sides, step touches, knee lifts (rotating your torso), lunges, etc. Finish off this warm-up with some running in place that will really get you in the aerobic heart rate zone.
Tip: This warm-up is also suitable as a short mobilization session to do in between workouts or when you have little time.
